Refund policy

All purchases are final saleIf you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please message me within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item breaks from a makers malfunction, I will be happy to fix the piece upon my discretion of determining whether it was maker’s malfunction or a break from everyday wear & tear. 

 

 

CARE

How do I care for my pieces? Due to natural oils, silver will tarnish over time. I will provide a polishing cloth in your order. This cloth ensures your silver will look brand new. Avoid wearing your pieces in water, as Turquoise is porous & water will tarnish metal. Silver will patina naturally over time.
